AFC issues $500m Eurobond

Africa Finance Corporation (AFC) an infrastructure solutions provider in Africa, has issued a $500 million 10-Year Eurobond.

Nigeria- led multilateral institution disclosed this in a statement, saying the Eurobond is for general corporate services.
The Corporation said: “Senior, unsecured Eurobond which carries a coupon of 3.75 percent was priced to yield 3.895 percent for a tenor of 10 years. It is the longest tenor bond issued by the Corporation till date.
